Benedict Schwarz, II

Benedict Schwarz, II has limited his practice to matrimonial and family law for over 40 years. He is a long-time member and past director of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and is also a trained divorce mediator. Mr. Schwarz has taught numerous divorce mediation training and conflict resolution seminars and has also co-authored chapters on the subject in the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education publications.

Jennifer Niedermeyer

Jennifer Niedermeyer

Attorney Niedermeyer was admitted to the Illinois bar in 2005. She has over 12 years of experience working as a family law attorney and mediator. Ms. Niedermeyer is very empathetic to her clients and understands the need to communicate regularly and effectively with then during a difficult time in their lives. She often receives referrals from domestic violence shelters as she is respected for her legal knowledge and ability to handle all aspects of family law matters.

Angela Matijevic graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with a Major in Marketing. She began working for the Law Offices of Benedict Schwarz, II P.C. in 1995 as the firm’s Client Services and Business Manager. She has extensive knowledge in the areas of financial and business management and customer relations and is extremely detail oriented.

Julie Meyer

Julie Meyer

Julie Meyer has over 30 years of professional law office experience. In 1998, she began working as a legal assistant/paralegal/office manager for a reputable, high volume family law practice, concentrating in divorce, post-judgment and related adoption cases. Julie joined the Law Offices of Benedict Schwarz in January of 2015 as the firm’s paralegal. In addition to the field of family law, Julie has experience in estate planning, probate, and contracts.

Biljana Mora

Biljana Mora

Biljana Mora graduated in July of 2007 from the Faculty of Law at the FON University in her native country of Macedonia, with a Major in European Law and Law of the European Union. In her homeland, she had a successful career as an Associate in a law firm that focused its practice in company, trade, and real estate law. In 2013, Biljana relocated to the United States. Since that time, she has obtained a real estate license, which she retains in an inactive status.
